What size should I order?
If you are unsure of your size then check the size guide.
All measurements are in inches. Length measurements are from top collar
to hem. Width measurements are from side to side. Just to be sure,
consider measuring a similar garment at home. This will save you having
to return an item.
You don't have my size, will you get more in?
At present, all designs are running on a limited edition basis. However, if you would like to see a design re-printed then simply let us know via the contact page. We like to listen to our customers and so if a great deal of you want more of a certain design then we will be happy to oblige. Don't forget too that more designs can be purchased here.
How should I care for my garment?
Garments
come with wash instructions on the reverse of their label. These are:
machine wash at warm inside out with like colours, use non-chlorine
bleach, tumble dry on medium, do not iron, do not dry clean. Although
the garments can be tumble dryed we recommend hang-drying if possible.

What payment methods are acceptable?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as payment via Pay Pal
Do I need a paypal account?
No. It is possible to use a debit/credit card without having to set up a Pay Pal account. This will be prompted on the checkout screen.
How secure is this store?
Paypal uses the highest levels of security and encryption to ensure that your details are safe.
Paypal shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any sensitive payment information.
Can I exchange / return my garment?
We
believe customer satisfaction is very important. Any unworn garments
can be returned in their original state within 14 days of delivery.
If
your product is defective it will be exchanged for a new product free
of charge. Please note, refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is
subject to a review of the returned product.
To The Moon Clothing cannot take
responsibility for return postage fees, unless you have been shipped
the wrong size / garment. In this circumstance you will be reimbursed
for your return postage fee.
If returning a garment, it is advisable
to use recorded delivery as To The Moon Clothing cannot be held accountable for
any returned garments that are undelivered.
Please remember to order carefully and double check you have selected the correct size / colour / quantity. Check the size guide to ensure you get it correct first time!

How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delievered within 3-10 working days. International orders typically take 7-21 working days, depending on customs processes and destination. With all orders a proof of postage is obtained.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs have been calculated. Simply choose your country from the drop-down list when prompted and the shipping cost will be added to your order. Shipping prices vary with quantity and delivery location.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Prices and delivery times vary upon location.
